A 45 minute slow-paced mat based class, aiding improvement to total core strength, building long lean muscles while toning and sculpting the whole body. This class is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness with modifications available.

CARDIO HIIT is a Fast and Furious class for those who want to amplify the calorie burn, tone up and also improve cardio fitness. The class consists of work periods and rest periods over 45 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. Modifications available for multiple levels of fitness.

Having recently moved in to the area, I was looking for a gym and running group to replace my much loved group in East Anglia. Sarah had just started a running group in my town and to date I have been out on 3 runs with her; Sarah is quietly encouraging, takes the pace of the slowest in the group so that all feel included and always keeps safety in mind. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the runs. I have taken part in one HIIT class so far on zoom - this had a good mix of high energy exercise and rest periods. Sarah explains all exercises well, offers adaptations to make them easier if needed, and she is encouraging and positive. Thank you Sarah.
Fabulous selection of on-demand classes and a real boost to both physical and mental wellbeing in lockdown. Really enjoyed the live HIIT class I did too!
Loving the virtual class pass & it is only day 2! Great to have the option to have a 3 day trial first. So far I have tried the ‘Power Hour’ & ‘HIIT Cardio’ workouts & planning to enjoy a stretching class tonight. Sarah’s workouts are varied & the creative exercises help to keep me motivated. The clear explanations of the exercises are really helpful & Sarah provides options to make them harder or easier depending on how you are feeling. As I’m restarting my fitness journey this is so useful as I still feel that I can complete the workout & try the more challenging options as I get stronger. There is a range of different types of workouts & durations which is really helpful to fit around life commitments. I’m very much looking forward to trying more. Thank you Sarah
Virtual classes are brilliant if you want to improve you physical and mental health.
Over lockdown it has been great to enjoy the classes from the comfort of my own home and I have seen a considerable improvement in my fitness. The variety of classes on offer means there is something for everyone! Would definitely recommend 🙂
Sarah has been a total inspiration and support to me she helped with my training for the London Marathon 2020, that was cancelled after I had run 23 miles int training. Sarah picked me up and managed my disappointment and has managed to keep me fit, well and focused in order to run it this year. I love the Saturday morning HIIT class it’s great to get a burn early in the morning. I have also joined the online classes which were amazing during lockdown and the bad weather. Sarah is amazing support and someone that I now count as a good friend, fabulous trainer and someone that I can trust. My children have had advice and trained with her and so has my husband, everyone in our house has benefited from knowing Sarah.
Virtual class pass has been an absolute life saver during COVID allowing me to exercise for my physical and mental health around my other commitments. The variety of classes keep it fresh and allow me to focus on different muscle groups. The combination of cardio, stretches and strength training is hugely beneficial and the support from Sarah is literally a life changer, keeping me on track in such a positive way. Thank you!
