CARDIO HIIT
CARDIO HIIT is a Fast and Furious class for those who want to amplify the calorie burn, tone up and also improve cardio fitness. The class consists of work periods and rest periods over 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down. Modifications available for multiple levels of fitness.
Saturdays @ 08:00am
Cost: £10 per class or £50 for 6 classes

CORE FOCUS
A 45 minute slow-paced mat based class, aiding improvement to total core strength, building long lean muscles while toning and sculpting the whole body. This class is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness with modifications available.
Mondays @ 18.00 and 19:00pm

Prior to participation in any class, clients are required to complete a Consent Form, a Physical Activity Questionnaire and a GDPR acceptance.

For the paat four weeks I joined Sarah's tummy target challenge which consisted of cutting out all processed sugars looking at label checking out the traffic light ingedients for low in sugar being green if red a definate no along with a weekly 30 minute zoom tummy exercise class. It has made me look at what i am eating and shrinking on the whole. Sarah set up a group for encoragement and chats along the way as usual Sarah was great and checked in constantly giving tips and words of encouragement. We all had to post a green tick for sugar free day or a red cross for sugar consumption. Ive lost a couple of pounds too. Thank you Sarah.

With her help and classes I’ve managed to drop a couple of inches of the waistline whilst also feeling healthier than ever.
I’ve changed my diet, motivated by the tummy target group and am feeling probably the fittest I’ve ever been! 10/10 would recommend Sarah she’s an excellent fitness instructor and motivator!
Just what was needed after Christmas overindulging, weekly Bootcamp 60min sessions of weights and cardio with a great support network and of course Sarah’s usual energy and encouragement! My fitness levels definitely improved and the Bootcamp really got me back into a exercise routine post festivities. Thank you, once again Sarah!

I have just completed Sarah’s bootcamp and highly recommend it AND all of Sarah’s classes AND her virtual platform. I’ve been working with Sarah for a couple of years now and I really enjoy her classes and don’t like missing them. Sarah’s classes are so varied, fun and challenging and she adapts them effortlessly to suit everyone attending. She is hugely knowledgable about all aspects of fitness and clearly committed to keeping her knowledge and skills up to date. I have never attended exercise classes that I have enjoyed so much or that have given me such dramatic results in terms of massive improvements to my fitness and overall well-being. I’m totally hooked! Can’t recommend Sarah highly enough.
As always Sarah’s Core Focus class was enjoyable and varied and this week all the exercises involved use of the roller which added a whole new dimension! With clear instructions and options Sarah guided us through a challenging workout and it’s good to be pushed!
Variety is the spice of life and this routine certainly made me Focus! Thank you Sarah.
Sarah is a wonderful teacher she listens and gives guidance and alternatives for exercises if for any reason you are struggling. Each class is different no two classes are the same.
Sarah keeps everybody motivated and is constantly thinking of ways to keep clients engaged and so encouraging. There are challenges for those who wish to participate with absolutely no pressure.
Thank you Sarah for always being there even when you are having tough times and moving home. If you are considering exercise there is something for everybody some classes are virtual if unable to get along to class all levels catered for. Mentally and physically motivating.
