My Wellbeing System encompasses both physical and mental fitness with the physical side putting an emphasis on the importance and benefits of a strong Core.

Core Strength is imperative to day-to-day life be it general exercise, playing or participating in sports including equestrian activities all the way through to daily life requirements such as driving, childcare and even standing for long periods.



A 45 minute slow-paced mat based class, aiding improvement to total core strength, building long lean muscles while toning and sculpting the whole body. This class is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness with modifications available.

Mondays @ 19:00pm
Saturdays @ 08.30am 

Cost: £10 Per Class or £50 for 6 classes.

Alongside exercising the muscles, it is also important to exercise the heart. Core Bootcamp compliments the Core Focus class perfectly.

It is a 45 minute outdoor Bootcamp style class involving both cardiovascular and bodyweight exercises. This is a fast and furious class providing maximum calorie burn in minimum time. This class is suitable for an intermediate level of fitness, with modifications provided for all exercises.


Every Thursday from 4th June until 27th August @ 18.30pm

Cost: £10 Per Class or £100 for the complete Bootcamp.


CORE HIIT is a Fast and Furious class for those who want to amplify the calorie burn, tone up and also improve cardio fitness. The class consists of work periods and rest periods over 45 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. Modifications available for multiple levels of fitness.

Saturdays @ 07:30am

Cost: £10 Per Class.

Prior to participation in any class, clients are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.

The key to spur forward is seeing the improvement. Ive not done any other form of exercise before that has shown results so quickly. I cant beleive how quickly I felt stronger and healthier, the core class combined with c9.
I am so glad I decided to do classes with Sarah, who is so encouraging to all and the amount of work she puts in is phenomenal.

I joined up to Sarah's zoom class core fitness due to feeling lethargic and having no other lasses during lockdown. Sarah is so encouraging and it does get easier the more you do it. I feel so much more energised and definately can see and feel the difference. Doing at home is great for those slightly less confident in a class atmosphere. Great class.

Core Bootcamp is excellent, never ever done CORE before one or two sessions with Sarah, so it was with interpretation that I signed up, not really knowing what to expect. During lockdown, I enrolled on Sarah’s core class via Zoom. It’s been great. At first, it took a bit of getting used to (an ‘online core class’ is not something I could ever have visualised doing) but being able to do the exercises at my own level has been great - the ‘pared down’ way (thank goodness!!) or a ‘ramped up’ way for those that can! ..... and all beautifully demonstrated by Sarah. Good fun and I can feel the improvement 😃 - thank you, Sarah.

I did a Core exercise and a HIIT class with Sarah and I found both absolutely spot on!
I’m relatively fit person, so I was wondering if they are going to be challenging enough and suitable for my level, but in fact they were, and suitable for all levels depending on your ability. Sarah is very clear when explaining how to do the exercises, very attentive and did a great job remind us through out the class to do the exercises correctly to avoid injuries. You are in good hands with Sarah, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
