A 45 minute slow-paced mat based class, aiding improvement to total core strength, building long lean muscles while toning and sculpting the whole body. This class is suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness with modifications available.

Alongside exercising the muscles, it is also important to exercise the heart. Core Bootcamp compliments the Core Focus class perfectly.
It is a 45 minute outdoor Bootcamp style class involving both cardiovascular and bodyweight exercises. This is a fast and furious class providing maximum calorie burn in minimum time. This class is suitable for an intermediate level of fitness, with modifications provided for all exercises.

Core Bootcamp is excellent, never ever done CORE before one or two sessions with Sarah, so it was with interpretation that I signed up, not really knowing what to expect. Well, I’m getting better each week, encouraged by Sarah and feel I am actually really starting to achieve something towards my goals. Thanks Sarah.!
During lockdown, I enrolled on Sarah’s core class via Zoom. It’s been great. At first, it took a bit of getting used to (an ‘online core class’ is not something I could ever have visualised doing) but being able to do the exercises at my own level has been great - the ‘pared down’ way (thank goodness!!) or a ‘ramped up’ way for those that can! ..... and all beautifully demonstrated by Sarah. Good fun and I can feel the improvement 😃 - thank you, Sarah.
I did a Core exercise and a HIIT class with Sarah and I found both absolutely spot on!
I’m relatively fit person, so I was wondering if they are going to be challenging enough and suitable for my level, but in fact they were, and suitable for all levels depending on your ability. Sarah is very clear when explaining how to do the exercises, very attentive and did a great job remind us through out the class to do the exercises correctly to avoid injuries. You are in good hands with Sarah, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
I’m not really an exercise person as I work outside. However, getting to the age where clothes seems to be slightly tighter than normal I thought I’d better do something about it. So, I joined Sarah’s Core Focus - amazing what more can I say, hard work but really good. Do it at your own pace not fast or full on, and it flows really well. I’m so chuffed I did it twice this week and I love the fact you can do it on Zoom. Sarah’s enthusiasm is addictive I want to do another one tomorrow.
First time I have ever done such a class! Sarah welcomed me and explained it was about technique rather than speed, was very supportive and encouraging. A great introduction to CORE training and I have now signed up for additional classes. Good fun as well as hard work 👍
