Paul Wray MCSP HCPC

Chartered Physiotherapist

I typically work with women who have been struggling for long periods of their life with the challenge of re-occurring lower back and pelvic pain.

They are usually unable to sit without pain; it frequently disturbs their sleep, causes them to experience tiredness and makes them feel generally grumpy.  It prevents them from moving properly and doing the active things they love.

I work with my clients initially to identify their problems; resolve the issues they are suffering from.  We then work together through a progressive programme, so they have all the knowledge and tools to take away and use for the rest of their lives to prevent their problems re-occurring.

As a result of working with me and my unique skills, that I have developed over 25 years of practice, they are pain free, sleep better and feel more energised and can return to their active lives and can enjoy life again.

EMILY GREENWOOD

Osteopath

Having trained, taught and competed in various sports and martial arts for most of my life, I found that my interests lie in optimising the way that we use our bodies. As a result, I have followed these interests into further education and now hold a Sports Science degree from Aberystwyth University (BSc) and a First class honors degree from Oxford Brookes University in Osteopathy (BOst).

My main aim as an Osteopath is to get you out of pain as quickly and as non-invasive as possible.

We will work together to come up with feasible, long term management strategies to prevent re-occurrence of injury and get you back to doing what you love.

I work with all age groups and professions, primarily using osteopathic and other manual therapy techniques that specifically target the source of dysfunction, as well as exercise management and/or activity modification, appropriate for your fitness level, where necessary.

MONICA OVERBURY

Holistic Massage Therapy

I first became interested in training in Massage Therapy about 25 years ago whilst working as a Community Nurse and recognising it as a helpful way of communicating care in sometimes difficult situations . I worked for 30 years as a Registered Nurse and have a Mental health training qualification too. Twelve years ago I qualified with the ITEC qualification in Holistic Massage Therapy and I am also certified to use Aromatherapy.

I have worked with teenagers, pregnant clients (after the first trimester) healthy men and women, frail and bereaved people and my oldest client was 104 years!

Given my health background, I am able to link medical history to bodies, recognising medications, and always and consistently work safely within boundaries. I love to work with people where they are in themselves on that day.

Too book an appointment please contact Monica at: moverbury@hotmail.co.uk or telephone: 07780718810
